Dr. Katie Edgecombe
Chiropractor/Electro-acupuncture Provider (She/Her)

Dr. Katherine Edgecombe was born and raised in rural Newfoundland leaving at a young age to complete her high school education playing for the Ontario Hockey Academy. From this opportunity, she was recruited by the Saint Mary’s University Women’s hockey team where she received her Bachelor of Science degree. Continuing her education, she received a Doctor of Chiropractic from Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC) along with furthering her learning by becoming a Functional Acupuncture provider.

Her physical and academic development has played a huge role in her growth and career aspirations. Dr. Edgecombe is very interested in human biology, human kinetics, and injury prevention and treatment. She has personally reaped the benefits of proactive chiropractic treatment and treatment of her own sports-related injuries and hopes to share this passion with her patients.

Dr. Edgecombe assesses and treats a variety of musculoskeletal conditions utilizing contemporary research and manual therapy techniques including spinal manipulation, myofascial release, acupuncture, rehabilitation exercises, and lifestyle modifications in order to help you achieve your health goals.
Dr. Edgecombe believes that physical activity and exercise, in conjunction with proactive elements of chiropractic treatment can benefit a patient’s overall quality of life. In her leisure time, Dr. Edgecombe continues to play hockey along with coaching at F45 Brentwood She enjoys HIIT workouts, weight training, running, hiking, cooking, and spending time with family.
