At Back to Motion, we strive to make the direct billing process as seamless as possible for our patients. However, please note that direct billing is a service we provide as a courtesy and is not guaranteed. The following terms apply:
- Eligibility for direct billing may vary based on your insurance provider, plan specifics, and coverage details. A card on file is required at your first visit in order to direct bill.
- It is the responsibility of the patient to verify their coverage, including any deductible, co-pay, or limits.
- In the event of issues with claim submissions or if direct billing is not available, patients will be responsible for payment of services in full and will receive a receipt to submit to their insurer directly.
- We are not responsible for denied or partially paid claims. Any unpaid balance will be charged to the card on file.
We appreciate your understanding and are here to assist with any questions about direct billing, questions regarding your insurance coverage limits or remaining balances should be directed to your insurance provider as we do not have access to this information.
