Do I need a referral to book an appointment?

No, you do not need a referral to book an appointment with us, but some insurance providers may require a referral for coverage.

Our team can help you navigate this process and ensure that you have the necessary documentation.

Do you direct bill?

Yes, our Chiropractic, Physiotherapy, Acupuncture and Massage clinic offers direct billing for almost all insurance companies, including motor vehicle accident (MVA) insurance and Workers Compensation Board (WCB) insurance.

What should I wear to my appointment?

Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows you to move freely. Depending on the type of treatment you are receiving, you may also be asked to change into a gown or shorts.

What if I need to cancel or move my appointment?

We kindly ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, as this allows us to accommodate other patients.

You can easily change or cancel your appointment by calling our clinic or using our online booking system.
